2. We’ll send you a payment link via Whatsapp and you’ll need to settle this payment. Consultations are free for on Gold Wellness Subscription Plans.
3. After payment, we’ll send you confirmation of the time and day.
4. We will video call you via Whatsapp at the time of the appointment
What Do I Need to Prepare?
Send through any photos or videos you have taken of the concern well ahead of your consultation via WhatsApp
Choose a quiet, well-lit location
Make sure you have a stable internet connection
Have two people and your pet. One to hold your pet and talk through the concern, and one to hold the camera.
Make sure you have your camera facing the animal (not a selfie shot!)

Which Does My Pet Need: In-Person or Online Consultation?
Virtual consultation are for minor concerns that you have for your dog or cat. If there is anything that requires immediate medical attention, any medicines prescribing or something we would need to feel, rather than see, it will need to be an in-person appointment.
Below is a rough guide of what we can support with via an online consultation:
Upset tummies, vomiting & diarrhoea
Itchy skin
Bad Behaviour & Training Support
Toxin Advice
Skin & Ear Problems
Parasite prevention, fleas, ticks and worming
Coughing and sneezing
Eye problems
First aid wound care
Lumps and bumps
Limping and lameness
Please note that after having a consultation we may insist in seeing your pet in person if we feel that a more thorough examinations needs to be carried out.

We’ll always try to call you on time. Occasionally we get delayed at the practice, and this should have been communicated to you in advance of the appointment.
If we get delayed, we will call you as soon as we’re available. There is no need to call us.

It depends on the how cooperative your pet it and the symptoms we are investigating but typically 10-15 minutes.

Our online consultations cost £36.75 if you are on the Silver Wellness Subscription Plan and is free on our Gold Wellness Subscription Plan.
