January Clinic Update: New Year & New Addition to the Team

Happy New Year!

We hope you had a fantastic holiday period and are full of excitement for the year ahead. We are full of enthusiasm to bring our unique blend of veterinary care to you and value any feedback you may be able to give us.

Online booking: Don’t forget you can book online!

Over the Christmas and New Year holiday many of our clients made the most of the online booking tool. It is a great way to see our immediate availability and book a consultation with the vet of your choice, at a time of your convenience.

We are constantly updating the online booking function, so any thoughts on how to make it better you can contact reception.

A New Year, A New Month, ANOTHER New Team member!!
We cannot be more grateful how well we are being received in the local area. As a testament, we are expanding our team to include Sophie Langley, a qualified Veterinary Nurse, who will join Sophie Dobrev and Katrina as part of our clinical services team. Sophie starts on the 17th January with responsibilities of both consulting and hospital care.

COVID-19 Update

The guidelines for COVID-19 are constantly changing. At the time of writing, we are encouraging all our clients to get their booster jabs and to wear face coverings in public places.

In line with the government advice, we will require all clients to wear face-coverings when in the practice unless you are exempt. We really want to keep having our clients in consultations with us so please help keep everyone safe and follow the National guidelines.
