Pet of the Month: December 2021

This month’s pet of the month is Misty!

Misty came in after trying to jump over a fence that was nearly twice her height! She tore her Cranial Cruciate Ligament (in humans this is the ACL) and was very painful.

Misty had her knee operated on and is making good progress. It takes at least 10 weeks of restricted walking and careful physiotherapy rehabilitation to get her back to full fitness. This is a really tough task for her poor owners but so far they are coping really well!
