November 2024 Clinic Update
We’re Moving to 20 Minute Vet Consultations
From 1st November we will be running 20 minute Vet consultations, instead of 15 minute consultations.
This allows you more dedicated time with a vet, less chance of us running behind for appointments and should allow us to provide even better care for your pets.
We have also adjusted our appointment times slightly (in 5 minute increments) so you may notice slightly different times when booking in. This is to help improve your experience when you visit as it should alleviate the pressure of the waiting area.
As always with regards to emergency appointments please bear with us!
An Exciting New Arrival…..
As many clients may already know Sophie D, our Head Nurse, left to start her maternity leave on 17th October. We are thrilled to announce that Sophie gave birth to a healthy baby boy called Aleksander on 22nd October!
We wish Sophie and her family all the best with their new addition and we cannot wait to meet him!

Marketa turns 30!
Our vet Marketa turns the big 3-0 on 25th November!
She is spending the day in work with us but we hope she has a lovely day!

We’re Updating Our T&Cs
We are tweaking our company terms & conditions. The majority remain the same but we are adding in that we reserve the right to request payment up front for all procedures or consultations.
This is so we can always make sure that clients who book appointments at key moments are able to keep their slots and to reduce no show clients or late cancellations.
