How can it help?
Good pet health care can rarely be achieved in a single visit. By subscribing to our Silver Package, we welcome you into our family of clients and help plan your annual care goals for your pet.
Our Silver Package offers our best value package for pets who are otherwise healthy and have few anticipated needs for vets. In instances where core advice and planning on diet, for triage to determine if a vet consult is really required, or pets that just want to improve their experiences at the clinic, this package is right for you.
Using one of our nurses to design an annual plan enables everyone to understand what our objectives are, and who to talk to should you need advice. We can then set goals and objectives and allow all of us to research and discuss new ideas on how to further improve your pet’s health.

HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
The annual health plan takes about 60 minutes to complete. This appointment will be taken outside of normal consulting hours and be booked in as a specific procedure. Planning will be carried out with a Registered Veterinary Nurse, and will result in a health plan for the year with appointments booked in. All plans will be checked and discussed with a vet, but care and communication will be held with your personal veterinary nurse.
HOW MANY VISITS PER YEAR ARE RECOMMENDED?
After the annual health plan, for a healthy pet, we like to see you every 3 months. Obviously, should any unexpected illness occur, the advice from our RVN and consultation is included. Should they recommend seeing a vet, the £10 discount on the consultation will be applied.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
For the full year the subscription costs £17 a month, or £200 a year. We take payment on the first day, usually with the vaccination, so we all know that we are committed to the health program for a full 12 months.
