Video Consultations are Now Live!

As of 3rd April, our Whatsapp Video Consultation service is now live! We know getting your pet to the practice isn’t always easy, so we wanted to offer a service that allows you to speak with us and ‘see’ your animal from the comfort of your own home.

To arrange a Whatsapp video consultation with one of our vets you can contact us using the following numbers:

We have created a designated Video Consultations Page with all the key details and your FAQs.

You Should Know:

  • The cost of a Whatsapp consultation is £36.75.

  • Not all consultations are appropriate for a video call. If you have any queries about this service please speak to a member of the team.

  • We have prepared a helpful guide on what you need to prepare for the call.

  • You can also Whatsapp message us for services such as requesting a prescription for your cat/dog or arranging a face to face appointment.

 

Arabella is now 6 months old!

James’ daughter Arabella turned 6 months old on 23rd March and it’s safe to say she has got her Daddy well & truly wrapped around her little fingers! James is smitten by her cute smile & describes Arabella as ‘growing into a beautiful girl’; even though she hasn’t yet fully discovered the art of sleep!
