October 2023 Clinic Update
Expanding our Front of House Team
On 18th September Sam Tingle joined our team as a Veterinary Receptionist so some of you will have already met her. Sam has worked as a receptionist within the veterinary industry for 2 years. Having done some research on James Horner Vets when applying for the role Sam was excited to join the practice after reading our fantastic reviews! Sam’s online bio will follow shortly.
Notification of Price Increase for Bronze Wellness Subscription
The price of the Bronze subscription will be increasing to £114 per year or £9.50 per month (if paid by direct debit) with affect from 1st October 2023. For existing clients on this plan the price will not change until the plan is at the point of renewal.
The price of the Silver and Gold subscriptions will remain as they currently are at this time.

Thursday 19th October
On Thursday 19th October we will be holding our next team training day which we use as an opportunity to share ideas/updates and where individual team members present to the rest of the team. Appointments will still be available as normal in the morning and afternoon but on a slightly limited capacity.
