December 2023 Clinic Update
Christmas and New Year Opening Hours!
The festive season is upon us and with it comes Bank Holidays and celebrations.
Our opening hours vary across the Christmas and New Year period. When closed all emergencies are supported by Willows Veterinary Hospital. If a routine appointment is needed then you can check our availability and book online on our website. Please note that nurse consultations will be limited during this period.
24th December: Closed
25th December: Christmas Day - Closed
26th December: Bank Holiday - Closed
27th December: Normal Hours
28th December: Normal Hours
29th December: Normal Hours
30th December: Normal Saturday Hours
31st December: Closed
1st January: New Years Day – Closed
We will re-open as normal from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Welcome Charlotte…..
Charlotte Taylor will be joining us on 4th December as part of the front of house/reception team!
When asked why she wanted to join our practice Charlotte said -
‘’ I’m so excited to be joining the team at James Horner. I have always had a passion for animals, I also love helping people so this really is a dream role for me. Having three dogs myself, I understand that pets really are part of the family, so I can’t wait to meet our lovely clients and start my journey with the practice.’’
Happy Birthday Hollie!!
Vet Hollie will be turning the big 3-0 on 16th December!
We wish her a very ‘happy birthday’ and hope she spends the weekend celebrating in style!
Team Training Day
We will be taking part in another team training day on Thursday 7th December which means appointments will be limited on that day. You can check availability online via our website.
